Daniel Fink, President

He is a freshman studying physics at the George Washington University as part of the 7-year BS/MD program. Daniel co-founded Somos Judios in 2024 to spread awareness of Sephardic Judaism. He leads strategy, partnerships, and overall direction for the organization. Outside of Somos Judios, he's involved in medical imaging research.

Richard Fink, Treasurer

He is a freshman studying economics at Cornell University. Richard co-founded Somos Judios in 2024 and manages the organization's finances, including preparing and filing taxes, tracking donations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Outside of Somos Judios, he’s involved in financial education accessibility programs.

Shawn Muchnick, Director of Fundraising

He is a freshman studying business at the George Washington University in the University Honors Program. Shawn joined Somos Judios in 2025 and leads our fundraising efforts, building relationships with foundations, institutions, and community partners to secure funding and support for our mission. He's passionate about connecting Somos Judios’ work with organizations that share our values.

Larry Fink, Secretary

He is an 11th grader at John F. Kennedy High School in Silver Spring, MD. Larry joined Somos Judios in 2025 and keeps us organized behind the scenes, maintaining our meeting minutes and internal records. He also plays a key role in developing our curriculum and creating outward-facing materials, including presentations, posters, and pamphlets.

Chloe Muchnick, Director of Web

She is an 11th grader at Winston Churchill High School in Potomac, MD. Chloe joined Somos Judios in 2025 and manages our website presence, ensuring it stays functional, up to date, and accurately reflects our mission and work.

Nathan Cantor, Director of Outreach

He is a 12th grader at the Landon School in Bethesda, MD. Nathan joined Somos Judios in 2026. He leads outreach to synagogues, camps, and schools — identifying potential partners, initiating contact, and securing approval to bring our programming into their communities. Outside of Somos Judios, he leads his school’s Jewish Student Alliance.
